The result is a dysfunctional body as it fights against itself simple to survive. We often experience a loss of energy, develop an injury or struggle with constant chronic pain and reduced function.
It is almost inevitable nowadays – for everyone. And it’s equally simple to reverse when you really honour what your body needs to function correctly.
Step 1: Identify your dysfunctional pattern.
Step 2: Activate the breathing and get you breathing correctly (nearly everyone still gets this wrong), because if you don’t breathe, you die!

Muscles and structures can return to their correct patterns and resume their own jobs, rather than doing the job of others. Your body “decompensates” and begins to behave as it was designed to.
